- Quick export (up to 200 listings): Seller Hub → Active Listings → Export to File → CSV. Fastest for smaller stores.
- Full store export: Seller Hub → Reports → Downloads → All active listings → Download. No per-file limit — exports your entire store.
- This audit analyzes up to 500 listings per report. If your full export contains more than 500 listings, only the first 500 will be included. For complete coverage of a large store, run separate reports on filtered segments by category or date.
